Job Summary
Senior ServiceNow SPM Developer to lead Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) implementations for enterprise clients. Responsibilities include leading the implementation, customization, and enhancement of ServiceNow SPM modules; collaborating with Customer POCs, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and cross-functional teams; gathering and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions; designing, developing, testing, and deploying ServiceNow SPM solutions; providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers; ensuring adherence to ServiceNow development standards and best practices; supporting project delivery and continuous platform improvements. Required skills include 4–7 years of ServiceNow development experience with strong expertise in SPM Core and related modules, excellent client-facing and stakeholder management abilities, independent working capability, and leadership/mentoring capabilities. The role offers a flexible Remote/Hybrid work model and is based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Required Qualifications
