Hiring Working Concrete Foreman

Manage all aspects of commercial concrete work, including reading construction drawings, supervising teams, and performing forming, pouring, and finishing duties when necessary. Communicate professionally with team members, management, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and owners to ensure projects are completed in an organized and productive manner. This role requires proven experience in Foundation, Slab, Tiltwall, and Sitework, with mandatory bilingual English/Spanish skills and reliable transportation. Travel throughout Texas is optional, and overtime or weekend work is required. Compensation is negotiable based on experience, with provided truck allowance, hotel accommodations for out-of-town work, and per diem/meal allowances.
