Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day site execution, quality, safety, and project coordination for construction projects in Kolkata. Supervise site activities per specifications, monitor compliance with standards, and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. Manage manpower, materials, and resources efficiently while preparing daily progress reports, documentation, and MIS. Resolve site issues and support finishing works to ensure adherence to design and RERA requirements. Requires 3–5 years of experience in RCC structures, high-rise construction, and finishing works, with proficiency in AutoCAD and construction drawing interpretation.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, or Real Estate projects
- Hands-on experience in RCC structures, high-rise building construction, and finishing works
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and construction drawings
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
- Willing to work at project sites in Kolkata
Desired Qualifications
- Age: 28–30 Years (Preferred)
- Knowledge of RERA compliance
