***Hiring Registered Nurse Ultimate Float Team-Nights-Full Time***

Provide professional nursing care to patients and families in an acute clinical environment, covering complex orthopedic, trauma, neurological, and cardiac cases including fracture management, traumatic brain injury care, and cardiac drip titration. Adapt to float across 20+ units at the Sarasota Campus and specialty areas such as ICU and Pediatrics as needed. Deliver 12-hour shifts three days per week, with night positions available from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM and day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Earn an hourly rate starting at $32.50 with a maximum of $51.00, plus a $7 per hour premium for the Ultimate Float Team status. Maintain required certifications including ACLS and NIH Stroke Scale, while utilizing self-scheduling for flexibility and accessing tuition reimbursement and paid certification programs.
