Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state of practice.
• •Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification prior to the start date.
• •Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• •Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• •Strong clinical judgment, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• •Frequently navigating hospital corridors and clinical areas.
• •Standing or sitting for extended periods, including periods of up to approximately 6 hours.
• •Operating medical and office equipment.
• •Frequently lifting, moving, or carrying objects or patients weighing 35 lbs. or more, as required.
• •Occasionally stooping, squatting, or positioning oneself at lower heights.
• •Maintaining adequate near-vision acuity for clinical duties.
• •Coordinating hands, fingers, feet, and eyes while performing clinical tasks.
• •Performing basic mathematical calculations accurately and efficient.
• •Analyzing clinical information and identifying appropriate solutions.
• •Communicating effectively with patients, families, physicians, and coworkers verbally and in writing.
• •Working effectively with individuals who may have different perspectives or viewpoints.
• •Making ongoing clinical decisions based on patient data, observations, and assessments.
• •Managing an environment that may involve emotional stress and occasional challenging or aggressive behavior.
• •Working safely around potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, contagious diseases, chemicals, and other healthcare-related hazards.

Desired Qualifications

• •BSN preferred.
• •Previous RN experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
• •Basic proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• •Basic proficiency with Microsoft applications.
