Job Summary
Coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans while administering medications and monitoring for side effects. Document changes in patient conditions, report observations to supervisors, and maintain accurate records of care. Conduct supervisory visits to client homes every two weeks. Requires current RN licensure, valid driver's license, and First aid/CPR certification. Flexible scheduling and competitive compensation offered.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment
- Valid driver's license
- First aid/CPR certification
