Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pumps and boiler systems. Perform preventative maintenance to ensure safe and efficient equipment operation. Install, replace, and service plumbing fixtures, pumps, boilers, and related equipment. Identify system issues and recommend effective repair or replacement solutions. Provide excellent customer service and work independently while collaborating with team members to complete jobs safely. This role requires a minimum of three years of plumbing experience with hands-on service of pumps and boilers, along with a valid driver's license. Candidates must possess strong diagnostic skills, proficiency with job management software for timekeeping and photo uploads, and excellent communication abilities.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience
- hands-on experience servicing and installing pumps and boiler systems
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, pumps, boilers, and related mechanical equipment
- Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with basic technology, including smartphones, tablets, and computers
- comfortable using software for timekeeping (including clocking in/out from various locations and adding job-specific notes)
- comfortable using software for job management (updating progress, reviewing scopes, and uploading photos)
- comfortable using software for email communication
