Job Summary
Provide Physical Therapy services for Home Health patients by driving to assigned territories in Thurston, Lewis, Mason, and Pierce counties daily. Consult with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans, utilizing evaluation skills to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability. Complete charting and patient documentation in a timely manner as per client policies. This 13-week contract role offers a guaranteed 40-hour schedule with $2,600 to $2,700 weekly gross pay, including housing and travel stipends. Candidates must hold a PT license, one year of recent home health experience, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years Physical Therapist experience
- Recent/Current Home Health PT experience: 1 year within the last 3 years
- Home Care Home Base (HCHB) charting
- Valid Driver's License
- Personal Auto Insurance
- Degree in Physical Therapy
- PT License for State applying or Compact if applicable
- BLS Certification from AHA or American Red Cross
