Job Summary
Provide Physical Therapy services for Home Health patients by driving to assigned territories in Thurston, Lewis, Mason, and Pierce counties on a daily basis. Consult with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans, utilizing evaluation and treatment skills to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability. Complete charting and patient documentation in a timely manner per client policies. This 13-week contract includes a guaranteed 40-hour workweek from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with $2720 to $2800 weekly gross pay including housing and travel stipends.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years Physical Therapist experience
- Recent/Current Home Health PT experience: 1 year within the last 3 years
- Home Care Home Base (HCHB) charting
- Valid Driver's License
- Personal Auto Insurance
- Degree in Physical Therapy
- PT License for State applying or Compact if applicable
- BLS Certification from AHA or American Red Cross
