Job Summary
Collaborate with individuals, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop meaningful behavioral interventions promoting independence and skill development for people with intellectual disabilities and autism. Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and implement Positive Behavioral Support (PBS) strategies to enhance quality of life. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, Counseling, ABA, Education, Human Services, or a related behavioral field, plus two years of direct experience supporting this population. Must hold or provide documentation of FBA and PBS training. Based in Philadelphia with flexible scheduling. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of two (2) years of direct experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism
- Experience clearly reflected on resume including employment dates, work setting, and population served
- Training in Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA)
- Training in Positive Behavioral Support (PBS)
