Job Summary
Deliver compassionate in-home pediatric nursing care as an LVN/LPN, maintaining updated clinical records, evaluating nursing service effectiveness, collaborating with physicians to modify care plans, mentoring new staff during orientations, educating patients and caregivers, and participating in quality assurance programs. The role requires travel to patients' homes in Texas, adherence to licensure and state/federal regulations, completion of mandatory trainings, and maintaining patient confidentiality while providing 1:1 care with a focus on safety, documentation, and continuous professional development. Required Qualifications
- LPN/LVN Nursing Degree
- Unencumbered LPN/LVN License in the state of employment or Multi-State license (ECN)
- 1 year of demonstrated nursing experience
- Valid driver license with proof of insurance
- Clear background screening
- CPR card with in-person skills check
- Hep B Screening (where applicable)
- TB Screening (where applicable)
- Knowledge of Nurse Practice Acts
- CPR certification (in-person)
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- English communication skills (verbal and written)
