Job Summary
LPN needed in Savannah, GA area to provide home-based nursing care with travel to surrounding towns. Responsibilities include conducting re-assessments and supervisory visits, implementing individualized plans of care, accurate nursing documentation, administering medications (oral, topical, subcutaneous, IM), monitoring adverse reactions, wound care, and initiating emergency measures as needed. Must have LPN license, active CPR, 1 year nursing/home-care experience, valid driver's license, and TB test; able to work per diem/contract/part-time roles with HIPAA-compliant care and professional interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of care
- Active CPR certification
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home care experience preferred)
- Negative TB test or TB blood test
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
