Job Summary
Lead crews on home improvement installations including drywall, flooring, siding, roofs, and general maintenance while ensuring projects meet client specifications and quality standards. Manage assigned laborers by providing on-the-job training, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining accurate project records. Coordinate directly with homeowners to drive timelines and budgets, proactively identifying obstacles that impact delivery. Uphold high levels of professionalism and communication throughout all client interactions. This role requires extensive trade knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Employees receive profit sharing, PTO, and health benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must have your own tools and equipment necessary for the job
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Subject to a drug test at any time
- Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete Agreement at the time of contract/hire
- Honest, drug free, meth free, heroine free and pill free individuals and crews
- No alcohol consumption while working
- No tolerance for being under the influence on a job site of illegal drugs
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a current handyman or home improvement pro that works for himself, crew leader, or foreman in the home improvement industry
- Extensive knowledge of various home improvement trades such as carpentry, drywall, flooring, plumbing, electrical work, painting, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of laborers
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an attention to detail for identifying issues before they become problems
- Bilingual communication in Spanish and English
