Hiring: IT Technical Specialis

Job Summary
Deliver qualitative IT support for internal users and serve as the first point of contact via phone, chat, and web forms. Help users navigate applications and resolve day-to-day IT issues while representing the voice of IT with a service-minded, customer-oriented approach. Requires clear and confident communication in English and Lithuanian, basic computer knowledge, OS and common software experience (e.g., Microsoft Office, email tools), and basic hardware troubleshooting. Prior experience in customer or user support is advantageous. The role is based in Šiauliai, Lithuania, with a work-from-anywhere-in-EU flex option for up to 30 days per year as part of Telia’s benefits and culture.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge
- hands-on experience with operating systems and common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- basic hardware troubleshooting
- clear and confident English and Lithuanian communication (spoken and written)
