Job Summary
Part-time (with the potential for full-time) Dishwasher/Prep Cook at DIG Inn Seaport. Base pay $16-$18/hour plus $2-$3/hour in tips, with benefits. Duties include dishwashing, station prep, cleaning, trash sorting, and supporting multiple kitchen stations (garde manger, grill, roast, market line, and prep). Required Qualifications
- A passion for real, good food and a desire to learn culinary practices and skills
- Ability to demonstrate and execute a strong work ethic
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position (frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds)
- Ability to perform other physical requirements such as seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours
- A team-oriented focus and the ability to support the restaurant team
- Excellent communication skills with managers and team members
- An eye for detail and solving challenges
- Desire for growth in our brigade
