Hiring General Laborers for Shipyard *Entry Level*

General Laborer role at a shipyard (entry level). Responsibilities include performing non-supervisory labor tasks, understanding and following assigned work duties, safely operating basic tools and equipment, and complying with PPE and safety requirements. Must be able to stand for long periods, climb ladders/gangways, work in confined spaces, and handle fumes/smoke/dust with PPE. Tasks may involve cleaning tanks/drydocks, sandblasting debris, and performing custodial or grounds maintenance duties; ability to lift light to medium weights (5–30 lbs typical; up to 45 lbs occasionally) and adapt to changing work assignments.
