Job Summary
Sweep, dust, mop, vacuum, extract carpets, and sanitize restrooms to maintain daily facility cleanliness and upkeep. Perform specific tasks including window washing, trash removal, snow and ice clearing, and cleaning desks, walls, furniture, and light fixtures as directed by the custodial supervisor. Work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment requiring the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with varying temperatures. Full-time Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm or 3:00pm-9:00pm with weekends; part-time options available. Background check required; high school diploma preferred. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Background check required
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, wipe, push and pull
- The ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 25 pound on a frequent basis, up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis
- Extensive walking and standing for the duration of the shift
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks with production and service time frames as established by the company
- Ability to work with various temperatures extreme from hot to cold
- Reliable transportation
- Team focused approach requiring ability to work with others and take direction
- Physically demanding fast-paced environment requiring ability to work efficiently with attention to detail
- Day Shift Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm weekly
- Night Shift Schedule: 3:00pm-9:00pm weekly with weekends
