Job Summary
Seeking experienced candidates for an International Tech Voice Process focused on inbound technical support. Ideal candidates should have over 6 months of experience in outbound tech support and possess skills in closing calls effectively. The role offers a fixed salary on the 1st of every month along with various incentives, including daily, monthly sales incentives, and loyalty bonuses. Performance-based appraisals occur every 9 months. Minimum academic qualification is 10+2 or a 10+3 years diploma.
