Hiring for Physical Therapist in Milwaukee, WI with $2240 Weekly Gross

Provide Physical Therapy services to patients/clients at their homes in the Greater Milwaukee and surrounding areas. Consult with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans, utilizing evaluation skills to restore function and prevent disability. Drive to patient homes daily within assigned territories, preparing individualized treatment programs to assist with pain relief and independence. Maintain dignity and safety for patients and families while receiving rehabilitation in the security of their home. Requires current state license, BLS certification, and 12 months of recent home health experience. Full-time, 40-hour day shift (8a–5p) with no weekend or call rotation.
