Job Summary
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead/Architect position based in Pune with remote work option. Lead CRM solution design and technical delivery, drive migration from Dynamics CRM On-Premise to Dynamics 365 Online, and design/implement CRM customizations, workflows, business rules, and automation. Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflow activities, and JavaScript-based CRM extensions; plan and execute large-scale data migration; integrate CRM with third-party applications via REST APIs and Web Services; collaborate with stakeholders and development teams; support deployment, release management, and continuous improvement. Must have 12+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM/365, hands-on expertise with Online and On-Premise, and proven CRM migration experience; proficiency in CRM solution design, customizations, workflows, Power Automate, Power Apps, plugins, JavaScript, REST APIs, and data integration. Preferred skills include .NET/C#, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Git, SSRS/SSIS, and enterprise CRM reporting/ETL.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Dynamics CRM Online and On-Premise versions.
- Proven experience in CRM migration from On-Premise to Dynamics 365 Online.
- Expertise in CRM Solution Design and Architecture.
