Immediate openings for Customer Service/Technical Support Executives in Inbound Tech Sales. Responsibilities include taking inbound calls, diagnosing printer, router, and antivirus issues, and selling technical support plans. Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound tech support, strong convincing and sales skills, and the ability to close their own calls. The position offers a fixed salary of Rs. 15,000-22,000/month plus significant incentives, with a US shift from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am, 6 working days per week.
