Job Summary
Install, service, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, and mini-splits. Perform routine maintenance, diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions, and repair or replace defective components such as compressors, pumps, and valves. Fabricate parts as needed and ensure systems operate efficiently and safely. Communicate clearly with clients about HVAC needs and solutions, maintain a neat and safe work area, and keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of HVAC technician experience
- NATE certification preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Team player with a great attitude and personality
