Job Summary
Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene. Provide companionship, emotional support, and aid with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention. Prepare light meals, perform light housekeeping, and transport clients to appointments. Administer medications as assigned, observe physical or emotional changes, and accurately document care using a mobile app. Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, current CPR certification, and TB screening required. Must pass criminal and drug screenings. One year of caregiving experience preferred; CNA or CMT certification preferred. Flexible scheduling with competitive pay and ongoing training available.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable, dependable, and committed to showing up on time for every scheduled shift
- Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance (must list you as a covered driver)
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain prior to employment)
- Current TB screening (or willingness to obtain prior to employment)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, compassionate, and client-focused attitude
Desired Qualifications
- CNA, GNA, or CMT certification
- At least one year of professional caregiving experience
- Experience documenting care notes using a mobile app or electronic documentation system
