Job Summary
Manage the cash register throughout the shift, ensuring money stays balanced and customers are assisted in a fast and accurate manner. Stock products on shelves, maintain a clean and professional store environment, and provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service to customers, vendors, and staff. Troubleshoot and resolve car wash-related issues as needed while preparing shift reports at the end of the shifts. Cross and upsell store products to assist in increasing sales and escalate high-priority issues to the immediate manager. Attend the open interview day on every other Wednesday starting June 24th, 2026, at locations in San Jose to meet with hiring managers.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed
- Ability to read, understand, and write in the English language
- Perform basic math including proper calculation of change, etc.
- Have the ability to validate identification prior to selling tobacco and/or alcohol (as required under applicable laws and regulations)
- Can lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders as needed
- Ability to remain calm and respond to emergencies according to policies and procedures defined by company guidelines
- Ability to work in various temperature environments (coolers, outside in various weather conditions, and in the station)
- Must be 18+ years old to work 1st and 2nd shift
- Minimum of 21 years old to work 3rd shift
