Job Summary
Conduct in-store customer service and sales by helping shoppers continue their online or care journey, exploring individual needs, and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology. Perform side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond device and service plans, including accessories and IoT devices, while guiding customers through purchasing with patience, honesty, and empathy. Complete training on digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plan benefits, and troubleshoot device and account issues, while collecting small business leads and partnering with cross-channel employees to resolve issues. This learning role prepares associates for promotion to Mobile Expert upon training completion.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
- Retail environment preferred
