Job Summary

Passenger Service Agent at an airport, responsible for checking in passengers at the ticket counter and gates, verifying documents, assigning seats, providing gate information, checking baggage, and assisting with passenger issues. Duties include hosting self-service kiosks, verifying passenger documents prior to boarding, interpreting identification labels and baggage routing tags, keeping check-in/lobby/gate/baggage areas organized, and making announcements in the gate area. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Must be able to stand for long periods and pass a pre-employment drug screen. In-person interviews scheduled on specific dates.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Computer skills are required as you will be using computer-based systems to perform some of your primary job duties.
  • Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English, excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time at the ticket counter and gate check-in areas.
