Hiring Event - Part Time Associate Banker Union Essex (30 hours)

Associate Banker responsibilities include creating a welcoming environment, greeting clients, managing lobby flow, checking clients into waiting queues, and scheduling/canceling meetings. You will assist with day-to-day transactions, open new accounts, and educate clients on technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet banking needs. Build meaningful client relationships through active listening, empathy, and sharing product knowledge, then connect clients with our team of experts to help achieve financial goals. Additional duties may include branch operations such as managing cash devices (cash vault, ATM) in compliance with policies and procedures. Minimum qualification is a high school diploma or GED; client service experience is preferred. Preferred qualifications include the ability to influence, educate customers on technology solutions, and cash handling experience.
