Job Summary
Associate Banker at Chase, part-time (30 hours) in the Gretna, LA area. Responsibilities include delivering attentive, welcoming service, greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting area, and scheduling/canceling meetings; assisting with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts while ensuring compliance with policies; educating clients on digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs); building trusted client relationships by actively listening and understanding needs; supporting branch operations including cash devices like the cash vault and ATMs; and working with the team to deliver a seamless client experience. Requires a high school diploma or GED and client-service experience; cash handling experience is preferred.
