Job Summary
Greet clients upon entry, manage lobby traffic via tablet, and schedule or cancel meetings to create a welcoming environment. Provide account servicing and maintenance while opening new accounts in compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements. Assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions, including self-service options through the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. Build meaningful relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, and sharing product knowledge to help achieve financial goals. Perform branch operations such as managing cash devices like the vault and ATM while adhering to bank procedures. This part-time role requires 30 hours per week.
