Associate Banker at Chase (Part Time, 30 hours) is responsible for delivering attentive, friendly service in-branch, greeting clients, managing lobby flow, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling/canceling meetings. Responsibilities include supporting day-to-day transactions, opening new accounts, educating clients on technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), building trusted relationships, understanding client needs, and guiding clients to products and solutions with the team of experts. Additional duties may include branch operations tasks such as handling cash devices (cash vault, ATM) in accordance with bank policies and procedures. Requires ability to deliver welcoming service, communicate clearly, resolve client issues with attention to detail, and collaborate with colleagues to elevate the overall client experience.
