Job Summary
Welcome prospects and provide engaging community tours while showcasing apartment homes and highlighting unique living benefits. Convert qualified prospects into residents by processing lease applications, assisting with applicant screening, and supporting move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. Conduct apartment inspections to maintain community standards and partner with maintenance teams to deliver an exceptional resident experience. Build positive relationships with residents through a friendly, service-oriented approach and assist with marketing initiatives and outreach efforts. Join the team for on-the-spot interviews at the August 22nd event, where you will demonstrate adaptability, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to responsiveness in a fast-paced Class B/C environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when tracking service requests, work orders, and follow-ups
- A friendly, respectful, and service-oriented approach when assisting residents and interacting on the property
- Motivation driven by completing tasks efficiently, resolving issues quickly, and supporting resident satisfaction
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize daily assignments and meet deadlines
- The ability to multitask and remain flexible in an active, hands-on property environment
- Comfort communicating clearly and professionally with residents from diverse backgrounds
- A team-focused mindset with a willingness to support onsite staff and help maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-run community
- You are adaptable, dependable, and committed to providing excellent service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- You understand the importance of responsiveness and consistency in Class B/C communities
