Job Summary
Conduct personal care activities and related services for residents while maintaining departmental policies, safety, and infection control standards. Uphold the facility's mission of quality care with total regard for individual human dignity and identify instances of non-compliance. Full-time 40-hour schedule with a sign-on bonus ranging from $500 to $1,000. Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance included alongside PTO and paid holidays. Requires current Missouri CNA certification, English proficiency, and a valid driver's license. Located at 10341 Manchester Rd, Kirkwood, MO.
Required Qualifications
- Current certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant, in good standing, in the State of Missouri
- Must understand English in both verbal and written forms and be understood
- Must be able to perform the physical function of Certified Nurse Assistant with reasonable accommodations as required by federal or state law
- Must successfully pass the Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must be able to provide applicable documentation(s) for I-9 in order to establish identity and authorization to work in the US
- Must have valid driver's license, personal automobile liability insurance, and acceptable driving record (if required to drive)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working with the elderly is preferred
