Job Summary
Conduct resident care activities and related services necessary for the personal needs and comfort of residents at St. Agnes Home. Maintain established departmental policies, objectives, quality assurance, safety, environmental, and infection control standards while acting with integrity. Incorporate the organization's philosophy and mission to deliver quality care with total regard for individual human dignity. Identify instances of non-compliance and take appropriate action. This role is available for full-time (40 hours), three-quarter time, or part-time positions with a sign-on bonus ranging from $500 to $1,000. Candidates must hold current Missouri CNA certification, pass a DHSS criminal background check and drug screen, and provide valid I-9 documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Current certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant, in good standing, in the State of Missouri
- Must understand English in both verbal and written forms and be understood
- Must be able to perform the physical function of Certified Nurse Assistant with reasonable accommodations as required by federal or state law
- Must successfully pass the Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must be able to provide applicable documentation(s) for I-9 in order to establish identity and authorization to work in the US
- Must have valid driver's license, personal automobile liability insurance, and acceptable driving record (if required to drive)
