Job Summary
Conduct direct care, group home supervision, therapy, and case management for adolescents with serious emotional and behavioral disorders. Provide 24/7 therapeutic support, including psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and skills development for youth survivors of abuse and neglect. Participate in multidisciplinary team collaboration across clinical, residential, and education departments to ensure safe, structured environments. Attend the August 19th hiring event in Prescott Valley for on-site interviews and explore opportunities in direct care, behavioral health, or case management roles.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have a minimum of HS diploma or GED
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
