Assistant Store Manager at Extra Space Storage across Utah locations (Washington, St. George, Hurricane). Responsible for building customer relationships, identifying storage needs, maximizing sales through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies; maintain site cleanliness and safety inspections; handle cash transactions and daily deposits; resolve billing and delinquent payments; uphold professional relationships and company culture; opportunities for growth with competitive pay and benefits. Dress code is business casual; pay range $18.00-$19.00 per hour for full-time role; requires 1+ year of customer-facing experience and a High School diploma or GED.
