Monitor and maintain plant machinery and operations while assisting the Shift In-Charge in daily plant activities and shift management. Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports and support maintenance and operational activities on the shop floor within a plant-based industrial environment. Candidates must hold a BE/B.Tech in Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering with a passing year between 2021 and 2025, possess a provisional certificate, and demonstrate willingness to work in a plant setting. This apprenticeship offers a stipend of ₹21,500 plus a ₹750 mobile allowance, with direct company payroll and rotational off days.
