Job Summary
Coordinate recruitment activities to attract and engage candidates, interview shortlisted applicants, mediate between candidates and hiring managers, analyze hiring trends using web-based technology and social media, ensure campaign website advertises, engage candidates during interviews, evaluate resumes and prepare reports on hiring analyses, and apply knowledge of hiring strategies, labor laws, and employment equity to optimize the recruitment process. Strong verbal and writing skills, negotiation abilities, and the ability to work within a team are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or another related field.
