Hiring || Construction Site Supervisor - PAN India

Manage apprentice engagement, employee relations, and site coordination across construction projects in PAN India. Act as the primary point of contact for workers, conduct stay interviews, and resolve grievances and site-level conflicts professionally. Build relationships with apprentices, supervisors, and site management while supporting onboarding, retention, and development initiatives for high-potential staff. Track engagement metrics and prepare reports to ensure smooth site operations in coordination with L&T and 2COMS teams. Based in Mumbai with at least one year of experience in the construction or infrastructure industry, you must be fluent in Hindi and local languages.
