Job Summary
Provide 1:1 personalized care for clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, or cognitive impairments in their homes. Deliver cognitive and behavioral support through gentle reminders and structure, assist with personal care including hygiene and meals, and maintain home safety through basic cleaning and organization. Drive clients to appointments and run errands while offering tailored companionship activities. Maintain a calm environment and ensure client safety throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license
- Access to a fully insured and registered personal vehicle
- Proof of eligibility to work in the US
- Compliance with state background screening requirements
