Job Summary
Take orders, serve food and beverage items, and enter orders into the Point of Sale system while communicating special requests to the culinary team. Assemble appetizers, salads, and soups, ensuring consistent presentation and correct temperatures for all items. Process guest payments using proper accounting procedures and maintain a clean, organized dining area. Maintain current knowledge of menu offerings, including changes and sold-out items. This Counter Service role includes on-call rotation and a hiring bonus structure. We are a people-first organization dedicated to creating exceptional dining experiences across our global locations.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as server in a similar restaurant environment
- Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system
- Working knowledge of dining and beverage service procedures
- Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
- Necessary State Food Handler's License(s)
- Liquor Serving Permit(s)
