Job Summary
Hiring Associate role supporting a high-volume hiring pipeline for Care Professionals; provide proactive/reactive candidate support, guide candidates through milestones, ensure state and national compliance of documents, manage central operations (voicemails, tickets, emails), participate in pilots to improve hiring outcomes, and leverage automated workflows to drive efficiency while working remote from anywhere in the US within EST hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, sales or customer support
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written)
- Experience managing a high volume of candidates
- Ability to review documentation for compliance and accuracy
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and CRM tools
- Strong organizational skills and time-management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Ability to meet hiring KPIs and deadlines
- Preferred: experience in home care, caregiving, or regulated industries requiring compliance documentation
