Hiring Assistant Manager and Shift Leaders

Shift Leader oversees shifts and/or work areas in a Papa John’s restaurant to ensure high quality products and customer service are delivered to ensure restaurant profitability. Responsibilities include managing shift coverage, cash management, inventory, adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, and ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction. The role requires planning, organization, effective communication, and teamwork; prior restaurant shift lead experience and Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification are preferred. The position contributes to achieving profit goals and maintains standards across operations as described in the company policies.
