We are seeking a dedicated porter/janitor with substantial cleaning experience to maintain the cleanliness and safety of client facilities across the greater Los Angeles area. Responsibilities include various cleaning tasks and securing buildings post-cleaning.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of professional cleaning experience
- Experience with Strip & Wax, Tile & Grout cleaning, pressure washing
- Must communicate with the office by email, text, and call during work hours
- Must speak and understand English
- Must have own transportation to travel between job locations
- Professional, responsible, and reliable attitude
- Positive attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
- Ability to recruit additional staff for large jobs
