Job Summary
Provide services to clients ages 3-12 across school, home, clinic, and community settings, teaching acquisition skills in language, social, self-help, and play while managing problem behavior and teaching appropriate replacement skills. Document data and progress throughout sessions. Work Monday through Friday between 7:45 AM and 6:00 PM, starting part-time with a path to full-time status. Earn $21.00 to $25.00 per hour with paid mileage, medical and dental insurance, and 401(k) benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Registered behavior technician (RBT) certification
- Comfortable with a schedule that vary across the day
- Location in Paramount and surrounding areas
