Job Summary
Value Chain Process Engineer for Hire-to-Retire (H2R) responsible for shaping transformation agendas across the employee lifecycle by combining process excellence with digital capability and AI-enabled workflows. Acts as a strategic advisor to HR, Digital, and business leaders to redesign Hire-to-Retire into an AI-enabled value chain, eliminating non-value-added work, simplifying workflows, and defining decision models for human vs. AI judgment. Partners with Global Process Owners and HR leaders to deploy AI where it meaningfully improves outcomes, while standardizing processes across recruitment, onboarding, employee data, payroll, rewards, and retirement. Responsibilities include redesigning intelligent workforce workflows, eliminating waste before automating, standardizing processes, determining when AI should augment or replace human decision-making, and driving governance for Hire-to-Retire maturity. Core capabilities include enterprise workflow architecture, Lean mindset, AI literacy, facilitation, and a bias toward employee experience. Salary range is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with benefits and additional compensation opportunities; role located in Spring, Texas, USA and designated as full-time with no relocation stated.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years in leading Human Resources organizations (e.g., workforce strategy and planning; talent acquisition; onboarding and development; employee relations; rewards and retention; redeployment and retirement; employee data and analytics; HR communications; payroll operations; business partner touchpoints)
- Deep hands-on experience in Hire to Retire transformation
- Experience implementing automation, AI/ML, analytics, or HR platforms in enterprise environments
- Proven ability to redesign workflows and simplify complex cross-functional processes
