Job Summary
Operate, monitor, and control unit equipment in the Control Room while efficiently building and boxing cycles. Load and unload customer parts into units, baskets, or racks; conduct gas analysis and manage compressor usage. Create load diagrams, update KPI databases, and determine optimal temperatures and venting parameters. Place thermocouples for accurate readings and follow established work procedures and safety rules. Report irregularities to management immediately and maintain good housekeeping. Requires forklift certification and ability to work extended shifts in an industrial environment.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holder
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic Knowledge of machine operator equipment
- Must be able to obtain and maintain forklift operator certification
- Must be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time in an industrial environment
- Manual dexterity to perform data entry functions
- Ability to bend, pull, stoop and reach to perform functions
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Must have the cognitive and mental capacity to perform essential job functions
- Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Visual acuity to read documents, computer screens, files, etc
- Ability to hear in person and via phone
- Must be able to report for work on time
- Must be able to follow directions
- Must be able to interact effectively with co-workers
- Must be able to understand and follow rules and procedures
- Must be able to accept constructive criticism
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must pass a basic physical
- Must be able to work full-time, 40+ hours per week
- Must be able to work overtime or any shifts, including weekends
