HIM Identity Specialist

Support the HIM Department and Medical Staff to ensure electronic legal patient medical records and demographic data meet regulatory requirements while maintaining confidentiality. Ensure information is legible, complete, and accurate for authorized users, and assist with general duties to guarantee timely access. Support patients by ensuring complete and accurate birth certificate data and facilitating the timely filing of paternity documents. This role within the CH Health Information Management department focuses on protecting health information and supporting high-quality patient care.
