Job Summary
Analyze, interpret, and translate clinical documentation into significant clinical databases for CPQCC and PC4. Serves as the Backup Site Administrative and Data Entry Coordinator for STS databases. Analyzes, validates, and produces data for comparative reporting for clinical teams for internal and external administrative and clinical statistical reporting in all supported databases. Collaborates with clinical leadership and teams, quality leaders, and data management staff to ensure data integrity and compliance. Supports quality improvement efforts through precise data interpretation and participates in clinical documentation performance improvement activities that support the data needs of the databases.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. (required)
- College Degree - 2 year Health Information Management (required)
- RHIT - Registered Health Information Technician - AHIMA - (required)
- RHIA - Registered Health Information Administrator - AHIMA - (required)
- RN - Registered Nurse License - CA-BRN - California Board of Registered Nursing (preferred)
- Minimum one (1) year Related or appropriately relevant experience (required)
