Job Summary
Lead and manage restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations, while overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth service and adherence to policies. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate banquet events and special functions, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues that arise during service. Collaborate with kitchen management to maintain food quality standards and monitor financial performance for budget preparation. Requires a four-year college degree or advanced food and beverage experience with one to three years as a manager in an upscale, high-volume environment. Full-time day or evening shift with an employee discount and paid time off.

- Experience in inventory control and cost management

- Experience with computer programs including Microsoft Office
- Experience in cash handling skills
- Experience in purchasing and distribution of alcohol in volume
