Job Summary
Hillsdale Line Cook responsible for a range of duties in a fast-paced pub environment, including prep, cooking, and waiting on tables as needed, serving beer, wine, and spirits, handling cash, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role emphasizes multitasking, safety, teamwork, and maintaining a positive, diverse-friendly atmosphere in a high-volume setting. Must be able to work long hours on your feet, lift heavy objects when necessary, and perform various kitchen and front-of-house tasks while upholding sanitation and safety standards. Eligible candidates must obtain and maintain required food handlers and OLCC/WA liquor licenses and have a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
